The fine print
Eli is a bar-prep study copilot — not a lawyer, and not legal advice. Nothing on these sites, and nothing Eli says, creates an attorney–client relationship or constitutes legal advice. For real legal questions, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
SI Law School is an independent, unofficial family of study guides and practice tools for law students and bar-exam takers. It summarizes public information from official sources — the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), the American Bar Association's Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, and state bar admissions agencies — in plain language, and it provides original practice materials written for study.
Long-form content carries inline citations to authoritative sources (NCBE, ABA, state bars). Where we synthesize or interpret, we say so explicitly with “Our read:”. We never invent citations, statistics, or references — and if we're unsure, we say so and point you to the official source.
All practice questions on these sites and in the exam app are 100% original — invented scenarios written for study. They are never real NCBE items, never leaked content, and never presented as predictions of any actual exam.
Guest practice runs with no account. Anything Eli learns at your request is saved to your own device only — never a shared database, never sold.
